4. Jill 2 Aqua Blossom White Effect Oled Cream

Honestly, I don't know much about this brand. This one is a hydra soothing whitening cream. Moisturizing cream I assume. Description I got while browsing, "WHITE EFFECT OLED CREAM which contains diamond powders, brings clear and pure skin for it is using much pearl extracts instead of purified water and it contains authenticated whitening ingredients as much as possible which feels like cream and will brighten user’s own skin color by using it immediately".

While browsing I feel intrigued to give it a try after knowing the ingredients use in the formulation of the cream. The ingredients include Diamond powder extract, Pearl extract, Sophora Flavescent Root extract, Cinnamomun Cassia Bark Extract, Honeysuckle Flower extract, Aloe Vera leaf powder, White Willow Bark extract and many more.

5. Whamisa Organic Flowers Lotion Original

Yeah, probably beauty junkies already know and been loving the most raved and best selling Whamisa products, the Organic Flowers Toner. So, Whamisa is a brand that are famous with their organic flower ferments. And they don't use any water in their product's formulation. Instead of water, Whamisa use botanical extract/ plant juice like Aloe Vera leaf Water as a water base, making it safe and healthy.

Whamisa also have a strict rules with the ingredients used. They don't use the '14-Toxic-Ingredients-To-Avoid' in their products. No wonder, the price for each product is a bit costly. Skinfood Black Sugar Mask Wash Off. Hi everyone. A short blog post today I guess. Earlier this month, I've got a new mask from Skinfood that I bought at Althea Korea during their AltheaTurns2 birthday celebration (still happening until end of July 2017). I have been using this Skinfood Black Sugar wash off mask for few times since bought and I am excited to share my thoughts.

KBeauty junkies, I assume you have tried this Black Sugar Wash Off Mask, Skinfood's most popular mask. For those who haven't try yet, let's glace a bit on introduction below. Mana tahu ada yang eager nak try jugak lepas ni kan. Grin. Without further ado, let's jump to the review.

Black Sugar Mask Wash Off from Skinfood is an exfoliating and hydrating mask wash off with black sugar granules. Instead of white sugar, Skinfood use unrefined black sugar that enriched with vitamins and minerals and organically farmed without pesticides. As sugar is a natural humectant, it help to restores nutrients and helping it to retain moisture to skin. At the end, it will give us a hydrate and nourish skin after using this mask. Althea said, "This mask also has self-heating properties to allow pores to open for easy absorption of nutrients". Is it hot? Worry not, because while using this mask, I barely feel any hot/harsh feeling on my face. No irritation at all.

Skin Exfoliation is essential to keep our skin healthy and glowing. It is indeed one of the important step in cleansing step if you want to have a fair looking skin. They are two type of exfoliator, first is physical exfoliator and second is chemical exfoliators (correct me if I am wrong).

"Physical Exfoliators refers to the use of physical scrub to manually remove dead skin cells on your skin surface. Chemical Exfoliators refers to the use of acids and actives (aka. vitamin C, vitamin A, AHA, BHA, PHA) to clear away impurities both on the skin surface and beneath (i.e. pores)" - Carolyn's Lavender Garden

So, in this case, black sugar would be considered a type of physical exfoliant. Sugar have grainy texture that make it a perfect ingredient for scrubbing that can removes dead skin cell manually. For those who have a sensitive skin and prefer a milder exfoliant, I would recommend you to try this Black Sugar Mask Wash Off. The mask leaves skin moisturized, soft, and free of dead skin cell.

Packaging

This mask is packed in a sturdy and thick plastic jar. The size of the jar is quite nice for me. Well, you doesn't need to bring it anytime with you as we don't scrub everyday. The big opener is okay for me, just need you to use mini spatula for the hygiene purpose.

Product and Price

RM20 for 100g products for me it is very affordable. It also contains so much products, absolutely can last a very long time (I use it twice a week). Sharing will your loved one would be awesome too.

Texture & Scent

This mask has a very thick paste and have a grainy texture of black sugar. I like how the product can be easily adjust to be milder on the skin by just adding a little more water/toner to reduce irritation from scrubbing action. Massage gently and treat your skin like a baby will you? The mask is dark brown and it smell nice too.

Result

The mask is gentle enough for my skin and I have a good feeling after rinsing off the mask. After every use, my skin is always softer and smoother. I can feel my skin is clean. Thank you for gently removing the dead skin cell for me. No feeling of irritation or tightness. And it also doesn't leave my skin dry (I have normal to dry skin).

Overall

Black Sugar Mask Wash Off from Skinfood is a great mechanical exfoliator. I really love how I can control the product to be milder on my skin. The product is good and sold for an affordable price, so definitely will repurchase.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Review & Hack. Hi, everyone. Happy Sunday and have a nice day. Let's remove make-up and be fresh! I bet, most will agree with me that the first one step to have a healthy looking skin is cleansing. You know, when we didn't clean our face thoroughly, the pores might clogged with leftovers make-up and impurities, causes the pimples to appear. Cleansing is essential but please, don't over do it. And here I am sharing about one of my favorite micellar cleansing water, Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water.

If this is your first time hearing about micellar water, micellar water is made up of micelles (tiny ball of cleansing oil molecules) suspended in soft water. This micelles can captures and lifts away residue from face, eyes and lips like a magnet without drying out the skin. Therefore, micellar water can be used as a facial wash, makeup remover and moisturizer all in one.

Before I became one of the fans, I heard many positive feedback from users and I am eager to try out myself. How can just a clear water can be any different? Yes, at first it looks like water for me. It has the viscosity of water but it has a different texture than water. Try to clean your face using cleansing foam, rinse well with water and then glide a facial tissue soaked with micellar water on your face. You will clearly see the foam residue during the process. Now I know, Micellar Cleansing Water is not just an ordinary water.

Micellar Cleansing Water (Green) (not available in Malaysia)

This one is preferred for those who have combination skin of oily skin with sensitive skin.

Direction: Apply onto face, eyes and lips with some cotton pads without rubbing. No rinsing required.

➡ Packaging - Nice with sturdy clear plastic (worry less bcoz it will not broken into pieces easily). It comes in two size and very convenient to have the travel size bottle.

➡ Texture - Like water (watery), no color, lightweight, not sticky at all and not oily.

➡ Smell - No scent. Really love that this micellar water doesn't have any perfume added.

6 Ways to Use Micellar Cleansing Water:

1. Cleanser & Make-up Remover

The obvious function of Micellar Cleansing Water is definitely as a cleanser and make-up remover. Micellar water has particles called micelles which attract dirt and impurities like a magnet and lift them off your face (as mention before), it can remove any traces of make-up, dirt, sweat or oil from our skin.

How: Soak two cotton balls with micellar water then lightly glide them over your face to cleanse.

2. To Clean Make-up Brushes

Make-up brushes should be cleaned regularly (at least once a week). This is because they come into frequent contact with our skin and can harbor dirt, oil and bacteria. Noted that, using dirty brushes can cause our skin to break out.

How: Pour micellar water into a clean bowl, dip and clean your make-up brushes. Or saturate a cotton pad and press against the bristles of your brushes.

Alert: Avoid the metal part as this can damage your makeup brushes.

3. Double Cleansing

I love the great job micellar water did on it's own when cleansing my face. But, I prefer to double cleansing my face especially when I have a heavy make-up on because double cleansing is a great way to deep clean our face after a long day.

How: Using the same step as cleansing/removing make-up using micellar water then following with facial cleanser to completely remove all traces of makeup and oil.

4. Micellar Water Skin Mist

I do love skin mist so much. It did a great job in keeping my face moisturize. A micellar water is perfect to freshen the skin. What is great was, it doesn't dry out the skin and at the same time lift off any dirt or pollution.

How: Pour Micellar Water into a spray bottle and use it as a refreshing while you are hiking or exercising outdoors, while waiting for the traffic, everywhere and anytime you need an instant fresh.

5. Perfect Uneven Make-up with Micellar Water

Smudged eyeliner, overdrawn brows or lipstick mishaps while applying make-up is not a big problem when we have micellar water. Use micellar water when you need a little spot clean because micellar water is great to fix things.

How: Apply micellar water to a q-tip then remove the make-up blunder easily.

6. To Clean Dirt on Fabrics

Applying make-up sometimes become a little bit troublesome when it (foundation for example) spilled and attached to clothes or scarf. Worry not, we have micellar cleansing water that can clean the dirt on fabrics. Even dirt on furniture and carpet can be solve using micellar water.

How: Soak cotton ball with micellar water, rub the dirt on fabric and clean it.

My First Experience at Sushi King. Yeah, food mood is around here. I am sorry to show some of tasty food here. Jangan terliur tau. If you're drooling while reading this entry, please head out to Sushi King outlet near your house tomorrow. So this is my first experience eating sushi at Sushi King. I am not a city girl who hangs out at mall every time. So, I am a bit amazed by myself, at least I have taste the Sushi, that's enough for the intro. Hoho.

So, I have been visiting Aman Central Alor Setar last Thursday. Aman Central is a shopping center in Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia. It is located at the intersection of Jalan Tambang Badak and Jalan Teluk Wanjah, along Lebuhraya Darulaman opposite Alor Setar Tower-(Wikipedia). The biggest mall in Alor Setar I believe, where everything comes together. There are so many tenants at the mall including Sushi King. The list and directory is here (Link). Sushi King is on 4th floor (4 33-A & 35). Take the ascelator till you reach 4th floor and Sushi King is right in front of your eyes.

What can I say, the surrounding of the new mall itself is luxurious. And I really love the warm environment at Sushi King autlet. Dia tak cerah tak gelap sangat tempatnya, just nice to hang out and borak-borak sambil makan. Yayyy. Thanks for the lovely lighting, I can capture such a beauty photo of sushi there. Haha.

First time hearing about Sushi King? Sushi King is a chain of restaurants serves quality sushi and other Japanese cuisine at affordable prices in a warm and friendly environment. What sets Sushi King apart is the personal touch of serving freshly made sushi on the kaiten for customers to pick up and enjoy. Reach out the moving sushi plate in front of your eyes and enjoy the sushi.

So, what kind of beverage and sushi I tasted? Here are the lists with some yummy photo taken. Grin.

Beverage and Dessert

1. Matcha Ice-Cream - A tasty and fresh Green Tea ice-cream with a red bean paste and whipped cream filling on top surely are a yummy one. I'm giving 5/5 Thanks for the yummy green tea taste.

2. Honey Green Tea - Fresh taste of green tea, stir to taste the honey. For those who love less sugar in drink, this is the one for you. And me. 4/5

What I want to try next time: Ice Blackcurrant Lemon

So, sushi is about rice. No rice, no sushi. Sushi King use tasty Japonica Rice. The rice serve is prepared and cooked with traditional Japanese way to deliver exceptional taste and texture. The shari (rice ball) for sushi is seasoned with premium sushi vinegar and mixed gently for extra deliciousness in each bite of sushi.

Basically, the taste of the rice is the same. What makes every sushi different (name and taste) is the ingredients used for each one. Here are the full list menu on kaiten at Sushi King (Link). The rating below are all my taste. You know, everyone have their own taste on food. Hehe. And for me (first time taste buds test for sushi), I can say that I am a person with not-a-picky-eater character. Hehe.

Nigiri - Vinegared rice balls topped with fresh, choice ingredients.

1. Inari - Sweet beancurd skin 3/5

2. Premium Salmon - Raw Salmon 4/5

3. Ebi Ten - Tenpura Prawn. I love this the most 5/5

Gunkan - Vinegared sushi rice balls wrapped with seaweed, topped with fresh, choice ingredients.

1. Tuna Mayo - Tuna mayonnaise. I love Tuna and I love mayo so 5/5

2. Salmon Mayo - Salmon mayonnaise. Another tasty combination with mayo so 5/5

3. Tsubukko - Fish roe. Not very much to my liking 4/5

4. Kani Tobikko - Crabstick mayonnaise with fish roe 4/5

5. Chuka Lidakko - Seasoned baby octopus 5/5

6. Tobikko - Flying fish roe 4/5
7. Egg Mayo - Egg mayonnaise with fish roe. This is the one that I can't swallow. Combination egg with mayo is not my liking so 2/5

Want to try:

Tori Karaage, Golden Ball and Inari Boat Tuna Mayo.

Other food serve:

Maki - Rolls of vinegared rice and seaweed wrapped with fresh, choice ingredients.

Tsumami - Appetisers to tease your palate.

The sushi serve is all fresh and it taste good too. Suite my appetite since I am not a picky eater. Thankfully for the different plate color that make it more easy for me to calculate and stick to my budget. Hehe. Yes, the price is according to the plate color. The price for Blue Plate is (RM2), Beige (RM3), Pink (RM4), Red (RM5) and Purple Plate (RM6). Definitely that 'the more expensive one' have my love more. Haha.

And, if you are worry about how it taste for the first time, I suggest you to order beverage with a little bit sour on taste, like something with lemon or else. This might help. So, thank you Sushi King for the RM50 voucher given(even the cashier ask me whether I am working at Sushi King. I thought, it must be few who make payment with voucher right? Hehe).

So, I enjoy very much eating the sushi. Overall, I am giving 5/5 for the tasty food&drinks and good service. The price is reasonable. Innisfree Canola Honey Lip Balm Review. Hi, I am back with a new product review. This time around I would love to share my experience using lip treatment product, Innisfree Canola Honey Lip Balm. Yes, lip balm, that unpopular things that become an excellent resque when the skin start to dry out. As we all know, the primary purpose of lip balm is to provide moistures to our lips and relieve chapped or dry lips. I realize that lips are often the first to present signs of dryness because they have thin skin. Here, we need lip balm.

Lip balm mostly are colorless when applied onto lips. As a balm, please take note that they are always have a bit sticky texture because lip balm is a wax-like substance. Skipping that part, what does lip balm do is moisturizing and I love to use them as a lip base before applying lipstick for a shiny and moist effect.

And what is so special about this colourless lip balm? As they give a big help in moisturizing the lips, they also come with ingredients that give nutrients like Vitamin C, Vitamin E and many more as an additional care for the lips. Other than ordinary use for lips, did you know that lip balm also can be use as an under eye moisturizer? I am shocked myself hearing this for the first time not long ago. Have you tried? Told you, you should. Having dryness around your under eye? Then swipe your lip balm or dab a little bit lip balm around that area every night before go to sleep. You will wake up with very moisturized! Runs out your under eye cream? Use lip balm instead. Hehe.

Usage: Apply frequently on dry lips.

What I Like:

+ The packaging is travel friendly and the twist up and down work very well. I have no issue with the packaging. They also come in sturdy and good quality plastic.

+ The texture is a bit thick but it glides well on lips. I applied with dab-application and just use a little. Comes with orange-yellow balm, and become colourless when applied on lips.

+ It has a very pleasant scent. I love the soft smell of honey comes from this lip balm.

+ Long lasting moisture. Indeed, this lip balm did a very good job in keeping my lips moisturize for a long hours.

+ With a regular use, I can say that my lips become smoother. My lips also become more moist, no more dryness.

What I Dislike:

There is none that I dislike about this lip balm. It could be awesome if they can add SPF.

Overall

Innisfree Canola Honey Lip Balm is definitely one of my favorite lip balm. Yeah, I am a lip balm freak! The price is affordable and I don't hesitate to repurchase again. Keeping the lips moist for a long hours, this lip balm is my best friend now. They really provide lasting moisture to the lips. Very moisturizing. It is suitable for everyone for all day and night use. For those with dry lips, please give it a try pretty. Definitely worth trying. Recommend.
